@Chelsea Wu congrats!! is your i-526 LEGACY? seem like they started processing your i-485 before your i-526 get approved

@Trung Le that’s the new policy during Covid that all eb5 applicants with pending 526 can submit 485, 765 and 131 if you were physically in US at that moment.

Did your Medicals expire ? did you get an RFE?

@Dhruv M Yes it was expired for only 2 month, and they do have new vaccination requirements though. And got a tiny rfe, replyed with one sheet explanation.

@Chelsea Wu was your case send to NVC or Department of State? my case shows as Decision today but it was sent to DoS and im not sure what it means.

@Trung Le was that your i526? it means you can apply for a visa to enter us. they will send you a email with guidance. if you are in us already with a long waited 485 and not rush to travel abroad, ignore that email and wait for 485, will save you couple hundreds of dollars.

@Chelsea Wu no it was my i-485 that got transferred to DoS. and yeah i am already in the US with a long waited 485. so it doesn’t mean my i-485 was approved, it just means it was transferred for more processing? im not in any rush of travel but really hoping for allroved i-485
