EB3 ROW CRP
Hello,
Has anyone experienced their case being moved to "Case Remains Pending" due to unavailable visas, with prority date being current? Is there a hidden Visa bulletin that only USCIS can see?
If yes, how long did it take to adjudicate and get approved? Has anyone submitted a Case request to verify if this was an error?

@A S they probably run out the visas for your specific country.

@A S what is your country?

PD: April 2021
I did not know there was a country-wise quota as well under ROW.

Not ROW. My PD is Jan. 2023. EB3 Skilled. “Case Remains Pending” as of Oct. 2023 after I mailed the RFE (i693 Med. Exam). Still waiting as you are.

thats not a good sign, imagine the next bulletin is showing another retrogression. That would be bad.

@A S are you sure your category is EB3 skilled ? I see some cases approved with PD May and September 2021. where are you from? Also, are you dependent or beneficiary?

Yes, I'm sure it is EB3 skilled under ROW. I am the Beneficiary. Lawyers mentioned that this could be a clerical error, submitted a Service Request. Let's see what happens.

@German Refugee Right, it could be that it retrogressed further. I saw a few folks go through this last year, and they were approved in the following month. I guess it's a wait and watch.

@A S I really hope im wrong for you, EB3 is a torture and everybody deserves an end, its taking way too long even without hick ups.
