EB3 Row AOS approval for current PD
Congratulations to everyone you had their AOS approved recently. I see majority of the approvals were submitted on March and April 2023.
Being a Dec 2022 filer and PD of March 2022, it’s disheartening to see cases that were submitted later than you and PD later than you getting approved faster. I know ever cases are different but just trying to see if anyone has any other understanding about how the AOS cases are reviewed once the PD becomes current
Thanks in advance

Thanks for sharing. I did it on the App "Inmigra USA" the community of Immigrants in the United States. inmigrausa.com
There are immigration lawyers and free collaborators.
Stay up to date on news of interest to the Latino community.
Search Inmigrate USA.
I chose the Florida community, it looks like they are starting now, so I recommend you choose Florida.
Busca inmigra USA el app del inmigrante, de verdad es muy buena tambien.
Thanks!!!

I share same sentiments here… I’m really happy that they got approved but deep inside I really question the logic behind it all like you said. My PD is March 2022… case transferred to NBac in November 2023… I became current since January… I’ve seen cases files just last October and approved since the new year started. I wonder how uscis go about reviewing/approving cases… the wait is agonizing
