My medical RFE took a week to update as received. The Birth Certificate RFE took 2 days to update as received.

I sent medical RFE to Overland Park with overnight shipping. my status changed to “Resoinse to RFE received” within a few hours after it was delivered. it’s been 10days now and no other update yet.

@Eb3 unskilled did you sent it via fedex or USPS. I send mine via USPS and it says delivered in PO Box around 12 in afternoon but no updates on my case status yet. So, I am anxious on when will they changed the status and give me the approval.

@blue luck I didn’t do any inquiry. I got two RFE. The first one was for Medical because my it was expired. when USCIS received my medical exams they sent another RFE for birth certificate.

@Cristina Ruggi I send my medical RFE and it was delivered yesterday but in PO Box so, I am wondering when are they gonna update my case status. It’s been long wait. Do not want to wait more.

@blue luck There’s no way to know how long its going to take to have you status updated. I’ve seen here people having their case updated in one day, in 5 days, 12 days, 15 days… you are almost there so just wait a little bit more.
