EB3 RFE to CRP
anyone in this situation where, USCIS ask for RFE. and you send them and never got any updates saying it was received. and case changed to Case remains pending on may?
what did y’all do? did y’all get any changes on case of contact uscis or senate?
need help.

did the tracker show rfe sent or you just got the mail?

tracker says request for RFE and CRP. but didn’t say if they received it and it’s been 4 months since I send it

same thing happened to me. Since March when I sent the documents and suddenly I got the approval in July

In my case I did receive rfe on tracker just got the mail. My case moved straight to case remains pending without any update. Hence do not know if they received the rfe.

they sent RFE and didn't update the status but when I sent the response the updated status that they received it and after a few days case status changed to CRP

what can we do about this? i tried to spoke with Emma as well, they created a inquiry but never heard back. it’s so frustrating. do you guys think , PD will be current in October ??
