Thank you all for sharing let's keep this going 👍👍
Dee LNov 17, 2021
April 7th filer employment based, got biometrics in July, nothing since then, not even medical rfe
Reda MNov 17, 2021
@Dee, I can see some April filers starting to get their EAD , hopefully yours will be as well.
Reda MNov 17, 2021
from data on Forums and other websites , EAD should be Jan and green card by April 2022
Dee LNov 17, 2021
@Reda I hope so, my current visa ends early February and I’ll be out of work so let’s hope it gets approved soon
Reda MNov 17, 2021
mine already ended 😂 and I am currently on time recapture till end of Jan 😬

sept filer, biometrics in Nov. No update since then
Juliana RoxaNov 18, 2021
early March filler, biometrics early Jun and medical RFE responded over 2 months ago, no EAD/AP yet or any other updates… ridiculously long time :(
Reda MNov 18, 2021
Oh so March filers not totally processed yet , yes I understand it really frustrating
don BenNov 20, 2021
@ Reda M, is your i140 premium, February filler, no bio, no update.. employer didn’t pay for premium.
Reda MNov 20, 2021
@don yes filed premium concurrently, and i140 approved 18th May,
unfortunately most of the time they dont when you still have time on your visa
Reda MNov 22, 2021
ok so based on numbers I have seen recently in here , average is 220 days to receive EAD which is around mid December for myself , hang in tight people 🤞
Dee LNov 22, 2021
@Reda not sure because it would mean I should already have received mine since it’s already been 229 days. Just saw somebody being approved for Nebraska and the case was from Dec 29th 2020
