I got a similar update after responding to RFE. After a few days the status changed from “Name was updated” to “case approved”. So all the best.

mine showed the same for i140 and after few hours got approved for Nebraska service center

for me I485 in Nebraska too

Hello @Ronald, Here is my timeline: EB3-1 Priority date is August 26, 2019 I-485 receipt date is December 14, 2020 Biometrics was taken on April 15, 2021 EAD was approved on August 26, 2021 Name was updated on I-485 form was on August 31, 2021 Nothing since August 31 Please share your timeline. Thank you

PD May 8, 2020 Concurrent filing with I140, I131, I765 and I485 on Nov 20, 2021 I-140 approved on Dec 3, 2020 Bio on February 19, 2021 I485J submitted on May 24, 2021 and Notice received on June 26, 2021 Aug 3, 2021 RFE Aug 13 RFE Reponse to USCIS was received. today, my case updated “Name was Updated”

@Arif my case updated on Sep 24, 2021 for my 2nd RFE (School Documents, New Employer Confirmation and Job Authorization in US) and submit my RFE on Oct 12, 2021 and Response to USCIS in Oct 19, 2021 and 6 ago nothing happen so far.

same here folks. 2nd RFE (birth certificate issue) response update after 3 weeks on Oct 19. 22 days after they got the response

I see about 1300 RFER cases between Aug - October. Most RFERs are in October with a daily burn rate of 25 cases per day being approved in LIN, Nebraska.
