@VM Nov. 2024/Texas no , it’s not and I don’t understand why. originally it said my pd was July 26 when I submitted my RFE the receipt said my pd Nov 23. Is that a mistake?

@Sadie blessed I filed on July 23, 2023. I got an RFE and submitted in a May 2024. when I got the RFE my PD is now November 23 🤷♀️

@Johana Almeida are you considering doing PP. I saw a person on Reddit that has April 2023, they got RFE in Dec 2023, and haven't heard anything back since then no matter the effort they used to get a feedback.
My case is July 2023 as well. But will only do PP when it becomes current.

@Johana Almeida I just saw a post that says if there is an issue you can contact USCIS through their e-request system. I believe there is a typographic error. look in to that

@Johana Almeida I did PP 11 days ago, got approved today. I wanted to go ve you feedback since we have a similar PD. if possible I would advise you do PP since your case is also current.
