Eb2 vs Eb3 i-485. which is faster? I have both 140 approved.
i have both eb2 and eb3 140 approved. priority date is current. COB-India. which is historically faster for i-485. or should I just file two i-485 (one for eb2 & one for eb3) to be on the safer side?

they require two different job descriptions even if job title cause different seniority - this my trigger an investigation I believe

same job title but one with 5 year experience and other with 2 year experience. so qualify for both and both 140 were approved.
