@Huzaifa Hasan i submitted it for humanitarian reasons. it was an expedite for my i-131, not for i-485. but they never approved my expedite request

PD is July 15 2022. I-485 was filed on Dec 11 2023 and RFE response was received by USCIS on March 7 2024.

sent birth certificate since March 22nd, no update. Current since April.

@m m I see that on lawfully based on people added there info, I have seen alot of movement for China, India, Korea, Taiwan etc. candidates from Pakistan are stuck at RFE response for several months in my receipt category.

@Marium Y I'm still waiting over 180+ days after RFE response submitted. no update yet. I reached out to congressman, they got same response it's processing normally. I called USCIS, requested for Tier 2 officer call back, denied. Spoke to agent yesterday, they said they have sent a message to USCIS office to review my case and asked me to wiat 30 days, if I don't receive an update I can call again and follow up. Seems like my file is stuck somewhere as I responded for RFE in Jan 2024 and people who submitted response after me are getting approvals.

@Marium Y Hopefully we get the approval soon. my receipt block is literally not moving, other blocks get 40-50 approvals a week, my receipt block has only 8 in a week. not sure if the officer is sleeping or not interested in reviewing the cases

@Marium Y nothing still waiting. for some reason I don't see approval for receipt date between Oct-Dec 23 for I-485 from NBC. they are approving people who submitted in Jan 24 to Jun 24, but totally missed the application last year. It is getting very frustrating as it's been over 8 months and RFE response was submitted to USCIS.

yea my case was filed in early December too. I’ve been trying to reach out but they never provide any useful updates. It’s just too frustrating :(

@m m I provided 5 different documents as a proof of birth date along with birth certificate. lawyer would have added a letter. I didn't provide any affidavit.

Yea - I chatted with the USCIS agent and they just said the last update they have on my case is from 6/5 when an officer resumed the review of my case. However, it’s not in final review yet but they don’t need anything from me as of now. Not sure how long it will take. :(

@Marium Y nothing. I have reached out to 3 different congressman, spoken to USCIS over the phone, raised service requests, but nothing seems to work. Just getting very disappointed at this point. it's frustrating to see people submitting RFE response a week ago are getting approved and we are kind of lost in the system.
