EB2 NIW Visa Approved/Received TODAY!
Happy to share that I have my EB2 NIW visa in hand. It was approved on Tuesday. My family and I will be relocating in the coming months to start our new chapter. Thanks for the support from this AWESOME community. All the best to everyone.

@Ricky Darling I was that your was a consular process. and you tell us a little it on how your NVC interview when. We are also working with Colombo Hurd but we havent filed the I-140 yet we are hoping to finally do it this month. but I am curious about the whole process after filing the I-140 and the interview form a consular applicants perspective

@Ricky Darling Congrats! I am in a EB2 consular process at NVC, paid the fee’s and filed the DS-260 a week ago but since then I have no options on CEAC to upload the civil documents. My question is: Is this normal and I need to wait for NVC to habilitate the START NOW option in order to upload civil docs or do I need to send it via mail ?

@J M My civil docs were sent via mail to NVC. This is what my attorneys did after the payment was received. Please check with your attorneys. All the best.
