Processing times for the Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers (I-140) are now standardized under Service Center Operations (SCOPS), moving away from individual state processing like Nebraska and Texas. Currently, around 80% of cases are resolved within approximately 17.5 months or about 550 days, which includes expedited cases that are processed in 45 business days. However, the remaining 20% of cases may take over 550 days, sometimes stretching to nearly two years.

yo recibi un rfe en febrero del 2025 despues de 15 meses, y respondi en el tiempo indicado y ahroa voy esperamdo 4 meses desde q paso a activamente eevisandose mi caso nievamente asi que realmente estoy amciosa por una rpta pero no hay cuando me llegue
