Mine RFE was for submitting a new G28 form. I am still waiting for them to make the decision (more than 60 days)

oh my God @fabio PC did they submit this kind of simple RFEs? I thought it was always related to the prongs

@The Sil My attorney said that was very weird. It was the first time that he got that. Anyway, I really don’t know why but waiting for so long to get the decision is killing me. I wish you luck!!

@Fabio, I have had another application (not niw) where I received an rfe asking to re-submit the forms. My attorney guessed that they may have lost my forms, where I had to re-submitted all over. that’s good at least only G28 form for you.. Good luck!

@The Sil same here… got RFE for all 3 prongs stating that I didn’t send reference letters, didn’t prove substantial merit etc but clearly the officer missed I lot of documents I had sent. After 67 days after my replied they approved it

@lcbrj 777 Thank you so much about your share. In my letter it says on the first prong I have merit but did not have enough evidence that my proposed endeavor has a national importance. I believe it is easy to send the extra evidences as I am a Engineer working on electric trucks and autonomous projects. Just found a USA president plan to electrify the country to improve economy and met the Climate changes goals. The second prong they said that I failed to provide a evidence about my future plan, How I will work in a position that will develop the US. It says too that I have proved that I have good Experience and education but this alone is not enough. I`ll request more letter from my employer today to try to prove that I`m involved on this project that I motioned above. The third prong was rejected too, My understanding is this prong is a balance of the other two prongs.
