@A R I had silent updates on 12.23.2025 and my case was transferred to a field office.
another Silent update on 01.08.2026 got a medical RFE.
responded to RFE 02.02.2026

my case was transferred to a field office on 12.23.2025 and no I didn't get a letter for that. I checked with uscis agent after getting an updated timestamp on my Uscis Api
