EB2-NIW filled Sept 2024
Hello all, for one with PD (EB2-NIW) of September 24, 2024 with receipt number starting with IOE. do you think its wise I go for premium at this time considering the big jump in filling date to July

uscis doesnt change filling date like they do for final action. this big change reason is october is the first fiscal year , thats why junped like this. i suggest you to wait a couple of months more

PD of I-140 is Sept 2024 (Regular processing): Not yet approved.
But Date is current for her to apply for AOS under EB2-NIW
Can she apply for AOS now?

PP Onyi… let me know if you get answer… my PD of I 140 is Sept 20 2024… I am still waiting answer… :S time processing increases everyday… I am getting sick with this…

Andrea… go ahead and file your AOS. Your date is current and final action date is also current. So filing AOS is in order.
