Any approavals of I-140 from November 2020?
Waiting from Nov 2, 2020 Texas (1.5 years!!!), nothing so far… 😔
Just wondering if my case is special…

I-140, I-765, I-131 and I-1485 was filled in jan 2021. Only I-140 got approved in March 2022. EB3

NIW submitted at Texas in Oct 2020. Got RFE in March. Hang in there, they are wrapping up cases from 2020.

I applied on feb/2021 and got my EB2-NIW approved on march/2022. but, mine was processed in Nebraska.

My coworker is from Dec 2020 TSC, case got transferred from TSC on April 27 and it got approved yesterday.

Sassy, is your coworker concurrent? My cases was also transferred to Nebraska on April 27. PD Feb 2021.

Yes she was concurrent. Her app was received in Dec 2020. Her I-140 just got approved on the first week of April.

My i140 and i485 were transferred to Nebraska. i140 still pending. I was hoping that the transferred ones were being processed quickly, but I think that is only true for i485 with i140 appoved transferred to NBC.

congrats!!! My case got approved too! I heard that they try to close as many cases as possible before the end of this fiscal year.

oh no, sorry! It’s the I-140. No updates on the 485 yet. Hopefully it will be done by the end of September 2022
