I had to file I-140 and ETA-9089. Due to that NIW is still under the employment-based category, ETA-9089 must be completed.

Hi KT, they asked the same things I included in my application: field of experience, what was my plan to work in usa (I said that my plan was to work in my field of expertise), why I decided to apply to a Green Card (I said to be a contribution to the US), etc.

Hi Nana A, everything is okay, I moved to the US in January the 11th of this year. I am working in a remote way with my former employer from Chile while I am looking for a job in mining in the US.
