@Mocha M I have asked the customer support about the status in mid Jan, they said the case was ‘looked at’ a day before I asked (so something like Jan 14ish). It was at NBC, not sure if it was transferred to Boston for approval later. No service requests otherwise.

@Time Time , congragulations. very similar /exact timeframes. priority aug 22, applied aos in jan23, crp since nov23, msc238028 and i am also from boston area, it was always at nbc . hope its our turn now

@Mocha M how do Emma give you this information? Whmever I ask Emma, they just give a link to USCIS case tracker. I even tried calling today and the AI operator told me cannot connect to agent and hang up on me

@Huzaifa Hasan it’s hit or miss , some agents are really good you need to keep chatting (2-3 times a week) to find the right agent , sorry you are facing this issue but keep trying Emma chat sometimes you get lucky who provide detailed info

@Mocha M what do you ask Emma specifically? I asked status on my case, and it just give me links and that's about it

@Huzaifa Hasan ask Emma if an officer reviewed your case and when ? they should be able to give you this info

@Mocha M I even tried calling them today and when I asked to connect to agent, the bot just told me cannot connect to agent, if I keep asking for an agent, the bot will hang up

@Huzaifa Hasan it’s a bit of hit and miss when it comes to the wording/whatever nlp pattern matching they use for their conversational agent; something like would like to know where my case is worked for me but the whole thing is real wonky.

This is good news in the right direction for those in CRP. As for me, I have stopped worrying myself and stopped checking. It will happen for me at the right time!

Hi, a live agent told me that last time an officer reviewed my case was on Feb 2nd 2024. Same as @Mocha M hopefully it is a good sign! My batch is MSC249003

Hi @Mocha M and everyone. The live agent I discussed with 2 days ago told me the last time an officer reviewed my case was on 2/2/24. Does that mean that my case was assigned to an officer? Should I ask the question again more specifically?

I have talked to 10 agents and all of the same just say no action has been taken. the last case update was in October. they don’t tell whether officer viewed the case etc. I’m fed up
