yes EB1 A and cross chargebility. I got interview and completed on Mar 2025 and still waiting for approval in Dallas. questions will both employment , marriage and all security question because it’s 50 employment : 50 marriage cross chargebility

Hi @s s , please let me know how your process/interview and next steps goes. we filed our I-485 Oct 22 2024 under EB2 ROW cross chargeability (using wife’s Vietnam country of birth) and our latest status is: “case is ready to be scheduled for an interview” since June 4th 2025. no update since then, waiting for “interview scheduled” step. we are based out of Seattle, wa

I was under the impression that once case status gets moved from my current state: “case is ready to be scheduled for an interview” to “interview scheduled” it will be done quickly… looks like that’s not the case 😒 good luck with the final step and thanks a lot for clarifying
