Yes, I140 approved in Sept 2020. 485 is currently in month 23, 3 outside normal processing. I submitted a SR in Dec and received a response stating a ‘decision’ or notice of action would be received within 60 days (31.01).

Not medicals, I expect the notice will be a request to submit medicals, or attend interview and being medicals. I know they have been forgoing interviews for EB GC’s so expect it is the medical.

MK didn’t submit medicals, attorney didn’t recommend it and he was right wasn’t he?
140 approved in premium back in Oct 2021. I’ve waited until August and then my employer submitted a PP request, the form was aproved two months later because of an RFE.
One month after 140 approval I received a bio appointment (November). Hopefully I receive my EAD in a month or two. They are super slow.

there's a date on i140 which people call priority date and then there are submission dates on both 140 and 485 .. so which date to track against?
140 priority date is Dec 20 and approved
