EB1C on H1
Hi, I am looking for some information around the pros and cons of EB1C while on H1. most common approach seems L1. Could people share any experiences (positive or negative) and recommendations around how to navigate EB1C while on H1? thanks.

no such dependency on your current visa GC processing is independent of temp work visa

H1 or L1 should not have either positive or adverse effect on your GC application. I had applied under eb1c and I am on H1.
