Did you got 485j receipt? Usually 485 adjudicated in 2-3 weeks after receiving 485J receipt.

I got RFE for Medical and I485J and I submitted on 08/24 after that total silence no confirmation of documents recvd. what I mean by got receipt?

u mean they approve i485j also and they sent confirmation?

USCIS will send you receipt notice for 485J.. then adjudicate 485

yes eb1c.. I submitted medicals, 485j during initial submission.. so, no rfe.. 485j receipt recv’d on 8/31 & 485 approved on 9/13.. Based on this, i guess it was adjudicated directly in NBC & not moved to FO

i sent my medical RFE a month ago and site has not updated status. on with EVA representative they say wait for 60 days to hear back from uscis. i am like what if they say after 60 days documents not recieved

@murali. thanks and congrats. my case is wife and myself recvd RFE but kids didn’t. Last week spoke to 1 agent she said their files are still at NBC and an hour later called again and another agent said filed moved to FO on 08/27. I send all kids Medical along with our RFE to FO. I hope they attached the same to all our files.

@binal I here you mate. I asked the agents on any updates on the rfes sent and they said the same to wait for 60 days. let’s hope we all get our approvals before the month end. All the best👍

yes, live agent is not clear with file location.. each time they giving different answer. if you sent rfe response to requested FO, they will link all to your files.. Sometimes ppl having issue with interfiling to NBC, while case already moved to FO.

I actually spoke to the tier 1 agents. live chats sometimes don’t make sense. so I usually call and speak to them. 2 agents I spoke in an hour time difference and 2 different location they gave. But the last agent confirmed that it’s not at NBC as files moved to FO on 08/27. Either ways I hope they link the RFEs of everyone of us. As kids medical envelope didn’t have RFEs to support. thanks for your inputs.

Receipt date Nov 27 2020. Bio 04/06. RFE received 08/12. RFE sent on 08/23.

God is Great!!! Early this morning at around 5am I recvd an update that the card is being produced for my Kids and myself, awaiting wifeys thou. I hope and pray for all of you that you all also get the good news in a day or 2. Thank you again everyone. Stay Blessed🙏🙏🙏

4 days from Card being produced to case approved, which includes a weekend.
