Nope, I-140 alone was filed in Jan 12th and received approval I guess on 17th September from Nebraska Service Center for EB1C

I-485 and EAD & AP requests filed on July 25th with MSC center (NBC) , Biometric done on 30th September, in the meantime they have moved our case from MSC to Nebraska stating for a faster processing. it’s been 51 days with Nebraska

Mine PD 08/24/21 and have filed concurrent. no updates on EAD/140..

Dec 16 2020, nothing yet.

mine i-140 PD 01/15/2021 still pending for approval. biometric done and got my EAD/AP but 140 is still in received status. what will happen not sure.

great. so they are now processing May-June EAD. I have filled in AUGUST so hoping to get something by Feb 2022.

@John, no expedite request for EB1 C guys I guess. but I don't have great knowledge.

Any one in this forum have filled i-140 in Jan 2021 concurrently ?

@GV, unfortunately there is no pattern like that because mine was approved in September and was filed in Jan 2021. so it’s a random process I guess
