I thought about doing that because I applied in February 2024, but my lawyer advised me not to apply for premium processing or submit an appeal. However, he shocked me by saying that the maximum period for filing a writ mandamus after two years.

did you received any RFE on your Feb 2023 filed case ?

In premium chances of RFE is 30% higher than normal. Thats why your attorney might have suggested not tk go for it

@Satish Narra if your priority date is current its meaning to file PP otherwise not suggested that may lead to RFE.

@april 2024 I had 2 directs and shared a doc explaining my roles with org chart.. by the way I entered US on L1A if that makes any difference
