you can't be sure if the interview is waived, since it's just transferred, they may schedule interview.. what are your dates ? when did you submit application and when was your fingerprint done ?

correct, its not sure interview is waived, but its not my local field office, keeping fingers crossed, submitted on sept 9th 2024, PD June 2017, EB1 India

ok I got my ead approval updated on site today , so that explains the email yesterday! not sure how long after this. I haven’t seen many i765 moving to fo but they approved it in a week after moving to fo, so not sure what to expect for i485 now , here’s to hoping !

non-local FO = regular practice that typically means that the interview is waived and they are at the final stages of adjusting. I’d say expect news within a month
