Hello everyone, both dependent and my case status shows biometrics applied to case since June 24, 2022. No movements after that. our recipt # starts with MSC2990. Heresay that as of today USCIS has stopped processing employment based application this month and will resume in Oct. Do y’all think that there would be any chance for a status change before Oct? i am in same boat… nothing since bio on 23rd June… but I see many cases getting approved today in nbc but not sure what category and country they are for… so fingers crossed!!! i see many before and after me got approved in last few weeks but may be they are for different country and category so not sure how it works… but seems it can be any day and hope they will be pretty soon.

Thank you Vikas! I have too know of cases that were filed after mine being approved. I do not have an idea as to how the applications are routed (in the same order as reciept/other). I wish the best for both of us.

today they approved my EAD but just mine and not of family though.

Congratulations Vikas. Hopefully your spouse’s will be approved in a couple of days. They generally process the cases together.

Hi Anatoly, I did not have an interview. But, my status was updated to Interview completed and case is waiting for review.
