Are all interviews done through Mumbai, or can they do them through New Delhi also if the beneficiary lives in New Delhi?

mine DQ dec 11, 2021 but no interview letter

well I mean do you have an idea of where it would be in Mumbai or Delhi? normally

it only took you a month to get DQ at NVC?

mine DQ is april 2020 still waiting for interview letter for f2a

We got our DQ in a week. It looks like they are currently sending out Interview Letters for April/May 2021 EB1A DQ applicants.

@arjun you can only do interview at Mumbai.

My timeline listed above is only for E1 preference visa catergory. DQ and IL timeline is different for every visa

that mumbaininterview is ridiculous when a person lives in another part of country especially I’m surprised Delhi doesn’t do them. India is always inconvenient

My lawyer said something Important and I quote “the NVC process is a conveyor belt”. If you try to change your route in the middle that would just delay everything. Don’t try to change consulates. ✌️

how long are you guys into the process? from what you’ve seen what’s the guesstimate amount for total i130 from start to finish the interview?

we are not I-130. We are EB1A category, and we fill i-140. We started this process in September 2021.
