EB1A concurrent application; No receipt yet
I have submitted on 25 October; however, I haven't got any receipt notice. Is it normal?

According to USCIS, receiving your receipt notice can be anywhere between 2 weeks to 30 days. I know, it's annoyingly long! But if after 30 days you have received nothing, call them and present your situation.
