Dependent received 765 approval before me (05/26)
131 (05/27.) combo card delivered about ten days later.
a few days after my 765 and 131 approved (06/08) we received “new card processing” for both of our 485s today.
Both received RFEs on the 485 because our lawyers stupidly advised us that passport photographs were unnecessary.
stay strong. I had to take a break from this app for about two weeks for my own mental health.

congratulations! how long after your biometrics were conducted was the status updated? Im eb1a at NBC too and they conducted my biometrics two weeks ago but no status has been updated yet.

@Eb1 I think within 2-3 days for both me and dependent.
@eb1b yes I’m afraid just wait - so infuriating. notice that it took almost two weeks after my dependent 765 approved to hear about mine. and then 485 got approved 3days later for both me and dependent.

do you understand what the max, p25, p50, p95 and total count are? Mine is 45 for each and total count is 1215

Ah got it. yeah I narrowed down with application type and receipt number. only 2 approved and both approved within 45 days 😂 guess they will skewed the numbers until it averages out with more approvals.
