Eb1 dates movement for India in Oct bulletin
what is the prediction for EB1 india dates movement in October bullettin. as per the 485 inventory data looks like there wont be most of the months in 2022 shows as unavailable

@sk k @Vivek Chandel Good Question! No one can predict accuratly, even USCIS… as they too do not have spillover numbers as of now. What we have or what we know or what we assume is 1). No spillovers 2. We all know how many India EB1 gets out of 1,40,000.. its a small number and unfortunately it includes dependants… 3) If you look at recent survey, you see many people from 2015,16,17 are still waiting ( could be porting) and there will further more portings.. 4). USCIC forwarded final action date for one year (if I am not wrong) in June 24 which USCIS too feels its very optimistic So, one can imagine how many Visas effectivly availalbe for Fiscal year 2025 for EB1… Honestly, if USCIS moves it forward optimistically, it may go up to Dec22…or Jan 23… which is a best estimate!
