EB1 Case Remain Pending (SWITCH)
hi! does anybody here with an EB1 visa with ‘Case Remain Pending’ status has been switched to ‘New card being processed’ in October? I’ve received my EAD card already. I’d like to calculate when I’m gonna receive my greencard. it’s been 71 days. thanks

I submit same, you, 24 July 2024, I did , After they approved, 765 EAD card on September 20 work permit only, but I’m waiting I 131 advance parole, What is your same comba card or separatly? did they approve yours 756 and 131 ?

hello did you take approval? what is your pd? ı filed on 21 June 2024. ı gave fingerprint on 27 Aug. ıt has writing as taken fingerprint on 27 Aug. no case pending or anything. my case is in national benefit center. @Ricardo Garcia

my 485 pd is Jul 2, however got receipt on mid aug, fingerprint 08/22. Case at NBC. EAD/AP approved.

17July2024 case received by USCIS, PD Sep’2020, EAD approved on 20Sep2024 but advance parole and 485 pending with Finger prints captured. Currently at NBC.

I am in same boat, applied in July, fingerprint in sep., since then 485 is pending. however I-131 got approved recently. do they send ap card or is it just an approval letter?

I don’t know. mine is also at NBC as of Friday. I am really praying for a miracle. I hope they can be approved at nbc and not have to be returned to the FO for approval again
