EB1-C Waiting over a year after Interview
My EB1-C I-485 has been pending after interview for more than one year, my priority date appears current (July 27, 2021), and USCIS says the case is within processing time. Do you recommend only service requests/congressional inquiry, or is this a reasonable mandamus/APA delay case?
