I seems to be on same boat, mine Feb21 140 is with Texas with no movement. 485 transferred from NBC to Texas. 765/131 filed in Jun and still with NBC but not approved yet.

Considering current speed of approvals at NBC you can expect 765/131 approvals around xmas to early January
