eb1-3 june 2024 ead receiced - AP pending RFE response received dec 2024 i485 pending

EB1-A i140 approved in 5 months (no rfe no premium ) pd jun 2023 i1485 nbc medical and birth rfe December 2023 Rfe received : Jan 2024 February 2025 : 2 rfe :( now I’m waiting the letter

EB1C I-140 approved July 2024 pp i485 applied in August interview scheduled to 27th February

@A G @ssss ssss you will come to know when you log in to your USCIS online account and go to My progress, if you see the Step3 ticked as completed it means ideally that your interview is waived, having said to be assured you can ask the live agent when you connect with Emma through chat

interesting. i have pd May 25 and no comms since August when biometrics were done. I am ROW EB1C. Also NBC.

it’s really disappointing that EB1 which considered the top category to be delayed that much for all

EB1-C I140, I485 concurrent filing. Premium Processing Filed on 30-Dec-2024 Biometrics - 30-Jan-2025 RFE on I485 - Feb 7th RFE response - Feb 10th Current Status on 485 - RFE response received. Current Status on 140 - Under review.
