congratulations! I am also in same boat and preparing documents for i485. Do we need vaccination proof from India for medical submission or we just need to see USCIS certified doctor for the same? Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Shan BetOct 19, 2022
doesnt matter if the vaccination proof is from india or from india. Doctor will just put the vaccination date on the form. If you have not taken the required vaccinations, the doctor will recommend where to take them. if you are in US, cvs offers free most if the vaccines on the list.

or from US*

thanks Pra Sa for quick details. I am asking as I don’t have proofs but I already have had all vaccinations but I don’t know how to show that. I hope that is not a problem in medical.
Shan BetOct 19, 2022
well if you don't have proofs then they can also do thr blood titer test to see the levels of protective antigen but blood titer is not covered by insurance and kinda expensive so better to take the vaccines again
