case approved after 13 months.. thanks everyone..stay positive..
even though the 485 is approved. 130 and 765 is pending with Nebraska .. what can I expect next

140 filled April 2021 in Nebraska
140 approved may 2022
485 moved to NBC June first week June 2022
luckily no RFE..

Your GC supercedes all the rest, so those won't be processed anymore as you have been issued a GC already. congrats đź‘Ź

my case is with NBC from start .. PD is 03/07/2022 .. I140 is approved earlier this month ... not sure , now how much time will it take?

Can we query anyone about 485 ? Is Emma is a option to check ? my 485 is pending for a while. I 140 approved in 1st week of May. . Is 485 priority date go by 140 date ? or based on its 485 submissions date ?
