Hello, congrats on your approval. A few questions here if I may, was your i140 approved before you file i485? The reason I asked is because I my i485 was submitted on Oct 31st 2023 but my i140 was submitted on August 28 2023 and approved March 26, 2024. So I imagine my i485 should have been approved assuming my i140 was approved before I filed because my PD has been current since January 2024 and I have done fingerprints since early December 2023. Also, where was your i485 sent to and was it transferred to other USCIS office or not? Mine was sent to NBC (MSC). I anticipate your response. Thanks!

thanks! I filed I140 and I485 concurrently (I140 approved in two days with premium). they are probably processing your I485 now since your I140 got approved recently.

Did your case always stay at NBC or did it move to any Field Offices?
