Ead/AP Renewal filing fee.
Hi Guys,
I have a quick concern on applying for EAD and Travel doc which will be expiring in May 2024. Can someone with similar experience confirm if I do need to pay fee for renewal for Ead and Travel doc while I-485 is pending. Also I renewed my passport- should i be attaching a photo copy of old and new passport or just send new passport.

Uh, not sure, I was wondering the same, mine is expiring June 2024… Ive read we should apply for renewal 6 months before the expiration..But I’m hoping for green card to be approved before that… Because, what happens if we apply and pay for renewal and then receive green card after let’s say 2 months? 🤷♀️ I’ve sent medical RFE almost 5 months ago and still no answer

@louis calvert Thank you for your response. There is a section where Passport number has to be filled(part 2) - I am wondering If renewed passport number to be printed or expired.

@C S Yes one can apply no sooner than 180days. I dont belive USCIS has structured way of approving cases. saying that I would suggest filing it just to be safe side. Also processing times vary from Center to center.
