they still process October 2020 for EaD

my receipt date is May 20th and we have not heard anything at all

I'm March 5, 2021 submission for I-140, I-131, I-765, and I-485 (Nebraska). Still no EAD/AP combo. They recently rolled back the dates to 10 to 12 months to process. I've tried twice to expedite.

One of my friend’s 2 colleagues date is March 1st week and they got the EAD/AP. I am not sure what’s going on with nebraska centre..

A M - Did you give any specific reason to expedite the request ? Are they really considering it ?

I have no idea either. It seems like it depends on the person working on your case with some officers being quick and others slow. It isn't clear. I gave the reason for financial loss for my expedite. The second one I haven't heard anything back yet other than an update that "my request for additional evidence was received" and it was assigned to an officer. That was on November 9th so no idea if that is good or bad.

@Rocky R - was your friend's colleague also an I-485 filer and do you know when they were approved for EAD? just curious.

Yes he has filed 485, 131, 140, 765 like me. He received his EAD/AP on last to last week..

@Rocky - just received an update an hour ago that my card is being produced. 257 days later, but so thankful my EAD is approved. Talk about stress! Perhaps the expedite or congresswoman's inquiry worked!

when did you put that enquiry or expedite request?

@A M- That’s great news. Congratulations.. So that proves that March fillers should receive EAD/AP very soon. I am in august so have long way to go 😃

@ Harshal - congresswoman request was submitted October 20th. I put in my second expedite on October 26th.

@Rocky - hopefully it means things are moving again, but I still think it is far more random than it appears. Fingers crossed you get it much sooner than I did.
