did you submit an adjustment of status along with your vawa? if yes, it takes 9-12 months now. if not, you need to wait for your vawa approval wc usually takes up to 4 years.

@Mark Douglas I got my renewal after 6.5 months. I submitted mid-June and got approved January 6th. Perhaps you could contact your Congressman?

I file my vawa ead under c09 uscis receive my application April 7 2025 did biometrics oct8 2025 update jan 8,2026 decision new card being produce. on the Jan 9,2026 my case was approved. last night it says my card was mail to me. I hope this help. soooo it took me overall 9months

@star girl did you get PF before EAD approval and any updates on AP? I filed April 10th. yet no PF no EAD

@no one d.. I didn't get a pf when it come on to the ap my lawyer told me hopefully march or April

@ob o no progress on Vawa, I am Feb 2022. Not from banned country either
