hello I filed for I360 on August 2023 and I765V on March 2024 got biometrics done in May and still haven’t gotten any response my lawyer told me to wait 12.5 months and then we can do something about it . I’m just very worried with everything that’s been going on

I just spoke to USCIS and they told me my lawyer filed just I765 because C31 or C09 is adjustement of status and it would of been automatically denied they told me to wait 19 days
