EAD timeline at Fairfield Cali under NBC
Guys, it’s been 67 days since my Biometrics. Until now my status is “Case is bring actively reviewed”. How long did u wait before your EAD was approved? No interview updates as well. thanks!

I did the biometrics in September my EAD was approved in December my card arrives in a few days I'm from Florida

I believe they just started processing May filers EAD cards, unless you expedite it

do you know anyone that actually was able to expedite it? i heared you have to have a very good reason like big financial loss..which kind of contradicts the fact that the sponsor should be financially able.. help

I’ve seen different cases of expediting requests on reddit. Most of then is related to financial loss or a job offer. I’ve seen people mentioned they went through their local congressman to help, but I can’t give you specific details because I never really looked into expediting mine so I don’t know.
