EAD Renewal after NIW approved any fee?
Hi folks, need some info. I want to renew my EAD (I-765) after NIW renewal. Will I pay renewal fee for the EAD?

Have you followed up on your case? like SR or congressperson/senator? Just curious… I applied 11 months after you and it already feels too long.

yes i did...and got this mssg " We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review, and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently in line for processing and adjudication. Cases are processed in the order in which they were received" i guess it is their standard response yeah?

Yeah, pretty standard. I’d try congressional inquiry and then if that doesn’t work the ombudsman. Like bug them every 60 days or something.

Fingers crossed 🤞🏾. I renewed my ead a few months back. I was transferred to Texas at the start of the year and nothing has moved since. Did an SR recently and was told I was still within time. I am regrouping now.

I know right...I did the same thing. I just wonder if they will request medical RFE esp for the Covid attestation piece. Will be praying for you and us!
