EAD RENEWAL
I filed for my EAD renewal as well as advance parole on the 21st of jan 2025, been over a year now, no update on my case yet, just receipt notice was sent to me. is anyone going through this as well? is there a hold on processing cases?

@OLORUNTOBILOBA ADEWUNMI it’s the same situation for me as well, I submitted my EAD and AP renewal since February of 2025, almost a year now and absolutely no movement. just the receipts.

just got an approval yesterday. receipt notice 02.18.25, only one notice during the whole waiting period.

@OLORUNTOBILOBA ADEWUNMI are you seriously asking thia question??? i am surprised oo. yes theres an adjudication pause on cases for anyone from banned or partially banned countries.. this was allover the news and social media. i am surprised you are asking. filed renewal dec 16 24. still waiting. hoping the pause ia over soon

Same with me. but I think they stopped producing our EAD before the news went viral. Cause others got theirs but I didn’t. Will this ban end before this administration leaves, How long does it usually last before they lift these kinds of ban?
I know they are looking for illegals but why make the hard working people suffer and worry for prolonged period of time. .. or even worse, go out of status?
