Hi family anyone in same boat with me or to advise please. How long it take to get EAD after submit it? My understanding was not more than 8months but seems like I fool myself 😭. It’s really hard being here not earning anything, I am tired and become stressed daily. Please advise what should I do?

My only advice is for U to wait. Your application is for Green Card because U are married to a US Citizen not a for a work permit. So be patient.

@Gina Miller I filled mine in December 2022 not too long after yours and still waiting. Hoping to get approved soon since I am a widow with minor US children and I want to be able to provide them.

Have faith. It's coming soon. I applied June 2022 and just started hearing back two weeks ago, after a whole year. Things will start moving soon.

you can try to do expedite request for hardship. check on uscis website
