@Anu O 3 months is long enough for you to get EAD approval. I had 3 weeks before EAD expiration when I reached out to my Congressman and their intervention was magical. In 2 weeks mine was approved.

we got EAD after 5 days of biometric but I485 still in processing.

@olu mikk I chatted with a live agent today as you advice. See the response below .. what does this mean? The case is processing with the national benefits center. The case was last reviewed by the office on 05/14/2025. The office is not requesting anything from you at this time. The interview waiver determination has not yet been made, nor has an interview been scheduled. The next step for the case is to be transferred to a field office. We don't an have estimated wait time for when the transfer will be completed.
