I did place an expedited request on November 19th. They got back to me for evidence on December 19th. however, I have never heard back from them. there was no comments regarding the ER on my.uscis account. So, I don’t really know if that expedite went through

even though the first time they didnt consider my reason good enough. I tried the second time with the same reason in like two weeks

you know we are all so desperate to work we Don’t want freebies or government assistance or in but just ability to work hard meanwhile do all the background checks but if this issue is temporary work permits here people want to work But yet the system does not allow you to work what a crazy system

I-485, I-765, I-131 (Marriage based - NBC - IOE09124*****) Applied on 24th June 2021. RFE. - 18th Aug 2021 Response - 28th Aug 2021 Biometrics- 15th Oct 2021. case status got changed to “case is being actively reviewed by the USCIS” still waiting… 😒😔

nope, not yet, its status changed from being produced to was produced yesterday. so I guess it should be mailed soon
