EAD Issues
I had an F1 OPT EAD which expired last month. However I applied for a change of status through marriage. Can I apply for a new job with my EAD USCIS receipt and my expired EAD for i9 verification and how do I apply for an expedited case for my EAD.

do you mean the pending ead receipt and the expired opt card? if that is what you mean then unfortunately no

No, you can’t. You have to wait for an EAD. Does your spouse work? if your spouse works then you can’t claim financial hardship. You will, most likely, end up waiting for EAD. Go and try to expedite, but keep your expectations to a minimum.
