EAD delay
Hi. It’s over 4 months and didn’t receive my EAD yet. latest update on USCIS is ‘… taking longer than expected’. Not sure how long is that.

filed on 09/05/23, biometrics on 10/05/23, Ead card received on 11/03/23 but no news for i-130 & i-485

@Lisa han that was quick EAD. I received RFE in between which I took two months to respond. that might have stopped the EAD clock

@skaa lnu I also recieved rfe on 09/14/23 and Responded on 09/28/23. Uscis alerted me on 10/24/23 that they received my RFE.. takes it too long

Then I guess.. since I currently have a valid EAD from other petition, USCIS might be waiting for it to expire before issuing EAD based on latest filing
