nope!! just waited
L DFeb 24, 2022
I am wondering do they handle the case by applying time? I applied in June 2021, national benefits center too. still waiting. I really don’t understand why.
m pFeb 24, 2022
I have no idea how they decide to process cases. some people who are September fillers already have their green card
s dFeb 24, 2022
it’s normal for national benefit center. no surprise. it would be surprising if it’s Texas severi e center
L DFeb 24, 2022
why it’s normal
Red lightFeb 24, 2022
how long have you been married?
s dFeb 24, 2022
@LD national benefit center is so fast comparing to other . Because they don’t handle all types of case and they work on I-485 after approving I-140 which makes the process faster. You can find so many people get approval like within 4-6 months but if you see Texas or Nebraska, some people even didn’t get EAD in 15 months .

national benefits center has been handling my EAD since June 2021. it’s so slow.
s dFeb 24, 2022
@LD I had my case pending since April 2021 with Texas service center. finally I had to expedite to get my EAD otherwise it would take few more months at least
L DFeb 24, 2022
how did you expedite? I tried to expedite through Emma but they gave me a referral number then nothing happened.
s dFeb 24, 2022
I tried myself but get denied. then I tried through Senator and got approved
L DFeb 24, 2022
did they ask you any documents
s dFeb 24, 2022
no they didn’t. luckily one letter from me, one letter from my company and job letter was sufficient for them.
